Pool is good temp, small but usually not busy. Pool has stairs. Lifeguards are friendly. Changing rooms are pretty clean. Has good swim times

Can't believe I'm just visiting this place for the first time. It's a perfect place for the kids to have some fun, especially in summer. And the library is AWESOME!

Staff and pool are generally pretty good. However, the staff sometimes kick people out 5 minutes early during lane swim.

Great place .Party room should have it's own bathroom .Children had a blast ,helpful people working there and good swim facility

This is a perfectly good place for what it is. The only slight complaint, is that the viewing area for the swimming pool can get very hot and humid. But, I guess that’s going to happen. Still, maybe a fan or two? That’s all I ask.

We took our baby for the first time for guardian swim 1. It was awful and the worst experience. They combine guardian 1 and 2 class. They don’t talk to you or tell you what to do. No one instructs you. The guy wanted to play hot potato at the beginning of the class with little babies ????? My baby girl got hit in the face with a ball. They wanted us to dunk our babies under water with no experience no instruction no getting used to water nothing. There was no support at all. No one came to talk or check on you. It was a horrible experience.

Amazing community centre - pool, library, school, gym, office space and rental space all in one. Very modern, well-maintained. The staff here are amazing. A crew of teens and young adults employed by the city, and they are well trained. I had an issue with registration for one of my kids in swimming and I went by tons of centres. I dropped by Alderwood in February 2023 and the young gentleman was able to resolve all of my issues, he also managed the crowd and office very well. His name was Jaiden. Also, the Lifeguards and Instructors are fantastics including Alex, Lauren, and Kyle!

Great facility. But very unwelcoming staff at swimming entrance. One Asian looking young boy, keep eating in the station་and doesn’t even cares the customer who ask for help. And two white lady, who were more ready to explain their rules and protocols instead of being helpful to ppl coming for swimming. Horrible staff and services.

Staff is very friendly and pool is never too too busy. Highly recommend for lane swim!
